Nancy Heidrick's Fundraiser
We can empower families to provide for themselves the basics of life
Join me and help make a difference, please give today.
Now that I am retired,
I make quilts for unsuspecting friends and volunteer four hours a week as an office assistant at Strong Harvest International in Vancouver, WA. I so enjoy my work with Strong Harvest because their philosophy is not a "hand out" but a "hand up."
I purchased this Africa-inspired fabric to make a quilt and decided to donate the finished quilt to Strong Harvest for a fund raiser.
If you can help me raise my goal of $4200 ($100 for each of 42 squares on this quilt), we could help send the Strong Harvest Team to Togo this November to bring the knowledge of moringa to families in need of a "hand up" in West Africa.
If you don't already know about this amazing moringa tree, you can learn all about its many benefits at www.strongharvest.org/the-moringa-tree/
When the Strong Harvest Team goes to Togo, West Africa, in November, this quilt will go as a gift to Jean and Olga Abou, the Strong Harvest Country Coordinators who have already trained over 300 people about the benefits of moringa in many communities in West Africa.
Can you help? Please donate any amount you feel is worthwhile for this project. Thank you for your support!
If donating by check works better for you, please make the check out to Strong Harvest and send to:
